The secret reason to have kids

…is that it gives you a legitimate excuse to play with toys.

When my oldest was about a year old we got him his first Star Wars toy.  Approx. 150 more shortly followed.  Yup, my excuse to buy toys again.  He’s now past that and into Transformers, another great excuse to buy myself toys.

My daughter is now 11 months old.  She’s still into baby toys, which is great.  They are lots of fun.  I’m not sure how it will be when she gets older.  I simply don’t get very excited about dolls.

On the TV front, my kids love all variations of Transformers, including the new Transformers Animated series.  It’s great.  Check it out.
